Painting Petals Monday 13th April 2026
Join us for a beautifully creative day at the Barn, combining the art of floristry with expressive painting. The day begins with a relaxed, hands-on session where you’ll create your own hand-tied bouquet of fresh tulips, guided step-by-step. After a break for lunch, we’ll return to the Barn for an inspiring painting session led by Michele of Michele Dias Art & Design. Using a loose line and wash technique, you’ll learn how to capture the elegance and movement of tulips on paper.
This workshop is perfect for both complete beginners and those with some artistic experience—no prior skills are needed, just a love of flowers and creativity. All materials are provided, including fresh flowers and painting supplies, so you can simply arrive and enjoy the experience.

What’s included: Unless stated otherwise all our workshops run for two hours. All of your equipment and flowers will be provided along with tea and coffee. We do advise you dress warm as the work room can be quite cold. As you take your lovely creation home with you please consider a suitable box or container to keep your creation safe in your car for the journey home.
Refund Policy: Full payment is required on booking. This is non-refundable if the class is cancelled within two weeks of the date of the class. However we may be able to offer a credit note depending on the circumstances and at the discretion of Lily and Myrtle. If for unexpected reasons the workshop is cancelled a full refund will be given.
